Representative Hodgins, Chairman, convened the House Special

Hodgins, Kemplen, Bunde and Ryan.  Representative Ogan arrived as

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION                                                         
                                                                               
JOHN SHIVELY, Commissioner, Department of Natural Resources, gave              
an overview of the Department of Natural Resources and answered                
questions.                                                                     
                                                                               
WILSON CONDON, Commissioner, Department of Revenue, gave a                     
presentation on the liquid natural gas market and answered                     
questions.
